Tahniah buat Barack Obama yang memenangi pilihanraya untuk jawatan presiden amerika yang ke-44. Untuk pertama kalinya warga amerika berkulit hitam menjadi presiden amerika syarikat.

Perkara pertama yang bi nak katakan kepada obama, tolong keluarkan askar amerika dari Iraq secepat mungkin.

A litte bit about Obama's personal history.

He was born in Hawaii, the son of a white mother and Kenyan father. Obama's father returned to Kenya when Obama was two years old, leaving him to be raised by his mother and her family, including his beloved grandmother, "Toot," who died one day before her grandson was elected one of the most powerful leaders in the world.

After graduating from Columbia University, he went to Harvard Law School, becoming the first African American president of the prestigious Harvard Law Review. He was elected to the U.S. Senate in 2004, where he sits on several committees, including Foreign Relations, Homeland Security and Veterans' Affairs.

Obama and his wife, Michelle, have two young daughters, Malia and Sasha.

Republican John McCain concedes the presidential race to Barack Obama, saying the Democrat has achieved a "great thing" for himself and the country with his historic victory. McCain — with wife Cindy on one side and running-mate Sarah Palin on the other — urged his supporters to put aside partisan differences and work to get "the country moving again." Speaking from outside the Arizona Biltmore Hotel in Phoenix, McCain told his supporters: "It's natural tonight to feel some disappointment. Though we fell short, the failure is mine, not yours."

Obama wins California, Hawaii, Oregon, Colorado, Nevada, and Washington, giving him 338 electoral votes to McCain's 127 (AP). He will be the 44th president of the United States. After a tight battle against Republican Sen. John McCain, Obama has become the first African American president in the history of the United States.

Profesor Fizik di Universiti Glasgow, David Britton, juga antara individu terbabit dalam projek itu percaya, teknologi jaringan berkenaan mampu merevolusikan masyarakat.

"Dengan kuasa komputer seperti ini, generasi akan datang memiliki keupayaan bekerjasama dan berkomunikasi lebih baik daripada masyarakat 'kuno' seperti saya mampu bayangkan," katanya.
